Following tracks in snow, sand or river mud is one way to read a story, like listening to a bugling elk across a mountain or sniffing my way into a mushroom patch. The earth shares stories and taught me to pass them along as well.
Diverse work experiences have yielded to the story impulse: llama pack trips, whitewater camps, trail digging, log peeling.
Nowadays, i live with my partner in a small food forest among a large gathering of rescued animals. Day job (yes) =story material (always).
